Wild Pheasants In Newfoundland

I was duck hunting this year and came across a good few pheasants in this one place. They had alot of baby's with them and they are a nice bird. If you have seen some let me know. I was takling to a wildlife off about it and i told him where they were to. He never got back to me and i guess that he though that i was nut's"pheasants in newfoundland" Just like wild turkey.lol

 

No i am not telling where i see them.

there use to be some wild pheasants in victoria about15-20 and haven't seen them this past few yrs they would have done good there only for the word got around about them and well you know the rest so ken whatever you do don't give up their location or the same thing will happen it would be great to have these pheasants make a stable population for future hunting here on the island

That is something that i will not give up. These birds are here for the long hall. They are in very tall grass and you would have to allmost step on one to make it fly. That is how i found them.
