Camo or Blaze while duck hunting

Does anyone here wear only camo when duck hunting? I've read that ducks have excellent eyesight and the blaze is a dead giveaway for them.

I like camo but am afraid of getting shot by the "shoot first" type hunter out there for the first few weeks.

I want to bag a few ducks but not risk my life doing so.

So what do you guys and gals do?

I'm in head to toe camo even my face. Some people wear blaze going to or coming from a blind. You won't get handy to a duck or goose with blaze. Good Luck!

I wear dark clothing and late in the year a camo coat.But it doesn't matter to me I can still creep on them and kick them in the tail feathers before they know I'm there. However , there are many ways to get killed . Hunting is the least of them, what ever you may be waring . Fear mongering by the news media has many people scared without just cause. By the way waterfowl can see  colour.

My plan is to spend the first few weeks trying to get my moose. After that, I figure the moose hunters will not be so plentiful in the couple of spots that I plan on hunting ducks.

Where a good place to buy quality camo gear?

Walmart, i have the same gear 6 years now and still like new and good price

There are some local stores that sell camo, Walmart & Canadian Tire being the lowest priced. OP Fishing & Hunting, Army Navy Store. The Outdoor Store in Lewisport has a great store as well. Online, Cabelas, Wholesale Sports, Sail.ca, Bass Pro And La Barron to name a few. Good Luck!
