Peter,

Seal tastes very similar to turre.  If you like turre liver and hearts, you'd love seal liver and hearts.  Tastes practically the same.  I love seal.  Seal hunting is probably my favourite kind of hunting.  I've had a professional sealer's licence my entire life so I get a couple seals every spring to bottle.  Can't wait to get on the water in April/May.  Already purchased my licence online.
