The breakdown of the moose license increase

33,440 moose licences available; these include 29,265 resident draw licences, 3,925 non-resident licences and 250 charitable/not-for-profit licences. This represents an overall increase of 5020 licences compared to the 2010-11 hunting season. Additionally, the seasons will close one week later for all Moose Management Areas (MMAs) on the Island.
