Best waterfowl semi

I'm looking to buy a semi and am stuck between beretta a400 xtreme unico with 30" barrel 3.5" chamber or benelli super black eagle 2 28" barrel and 3.5" chamber, any suggestions?

You cant go wrong ether way. Both are great guns. Why the long barrel? One time longer barrels meant more range ( black powder days) but with todays powders and wads a 26 inch barrel is no different than a 32. Given the same chokes.These powder in almost all shells is designed to be fully burnt by around 22 to 24 inches. At that point velocity begins to slow.

Whichever you chose, Id opt for the one with a camo dipped finish. Around salt water its finish will stand up much longer than a non camo finish.

I personally find the longer barrel easier to pick up the target rather than I shorter tomorrow I find it much more difficult to follow her to throw after first shot

True a lot of people do. I was a little while getting used to my 26 inch Extrema 2 but  When im hid I like the shorter barrel. especially in layouts and in the boat.

Sometimes when I have my extended choke in its almost 28. Down size is that some extended chokes will make your overall length to much for most cases.
