How are fish numbers going? Is the fish big or small? What areas did you get a chance to fish? Did you get out very often?

Be interesting to see how different spots around the island compare to one another.

I fished in the inner part of Trinity Bay mostly around Chance Cove area. Plenty of fish. Caught a few in the forty to fifty pound range. Tremendous sign of good sized capelin throughout the early part of summer and even now in mid summer. The fish are bloated and are still feeding heavily on capelin which bodes well for the fall as the fish will have high fat content. Now if the winds would stay down in the fall. We are totally at the mercy of the elements.
