How to You find the 22gauge brass wire and the 6 strand picture wire for snaring rabbit? Also what one do you prefer?

Id rather the 6 stand picture wire over the 22 gauge brass.

I use the 6 stand wire.
It's OK as long as you check your snares daily. The one thing I make sure of is not to make the loops to big, I want to make sure they are caught around the neck so they don't bust the wire.
I also agree i tried the brass first and i lost alot of rabbits i think once its kinked it's very weak.
The brass is thee worst wire.
I have had pretty good success with the 6 strand. Only problem I found is that the fox's and coyotes can take a rabbit out of the snare pretty quick with the wire. LOL But, not much you can do about that..
One habit I have gotten into is making my snares and then hanging them out side for a week to get the shine off of them. Seems to work very well..
i leave mine in a bowl of salt water over night, works really well.
another good idea
good idea.
22 gauge brass i find is not very strong but i also find that the rabbits see it and eventually they rust out but  6 strand picture wire i find is stronger but is a little harder to set  but also it rusts out to so i would rather 6 strand picture wire
