Hello
Is it possible for a person living in Miquelon (French cross the territory) to come any dayof Newfoundland to hunt duck and goose?
  Or an outfitter?

Thank you in advance!

Hello ,

Is there any outfitter in Newfoundland where you can hunt duck and goose ?

Thank'you

Hi Michel, Newfoundland doesn't really have waterfowl outfitters per se (that I've been able to find, anyway), as the island is just far enough east of the Atlantic flyway to result in a lower waterfowl population here in comparison to places like Prince Edward Island or Nova Scotia. You might want to check with these folks to be sure though (I know they offer game bird hunts):

Ironbound Outfitters - 709-632-8073

Parsons Pond Outfitters - 709-243-7207

Of course, then there's Mad Hatter (see the ad banner at the top of this page). They provide hunts in Saskatchewan (Canada's waterfowl Mecca), but they're based out of Newfoundland. 709-725-5439
You do not need a guide a hunt small game or waterfowl in NL. You do need a non-resident small game license and a waterfowl license. I do not know what the requirements are for bringing a gun into Canada.
