Ptarmigan numbers this year

Just wondering how many partridge folks are seeing this year. I'd heard that there seem to be a few more around this year (good spring and summer seems to have helped I guess), and I just wanted to know if this is really the case.

No need to say where you saw them (it's probably better if you didn't), just if you did.
