Small Games License

Has anyone purchased a small games license yet? The season is less than 2 weeks away and Motor Vehicle Registration in Gander would not sell me one, even though they have them. They said they "cannot release them yet". The usual stores like Canadian Tire and hunting stores do not have them here either.

I must be missing something unless the season is cancelled or they are trying to encourage people to poach. I was able to get my migratory bird license from Canada Post in August without any issue.

I will try motor vehicle registration again tomorrow. If they will not sell them I will drive to town to get one at OP Fishing and Hunting. Thanks.

They are out, one of the stores I visited tonite had them.
