TURKEY HUNTING

Hey people, lets try and get together and lobby wildlife to bring a turkey population to the island. It would be wicked for bow hunting which is getting really popular now. Anyone got any ideas on how we can go about it? Thanks

Already done there's a guy that has wild turkey on his land been breeding them and a lot get loose and apparently they r multiplying every year and already takes about opening a turkey hunt. It's down sumwhere in south coat I belive by they r already here and it's been proven they will trive here as they do anywhere in Canada. Iam sure u look into it I will find out where and what Iam talkin bout

Codroy Valley has a population of wild turkeys. However as of now you are not permitted to hunt them. NFHA need to see significant growth for government to give any consideration to any proposals they make.
It only cost $5 for a year to become a member.

I still have my turkey call and turkey broadheads for my crossbow from when I lived in Ontario. Sure would be great to use them again. The NFHA could possibly help us out with this.

I think the guy I'm talking about only had like dozen or so he bread himself to have fresh turkey I gues I dunno he is a farmer and owns a lot Iand and Apparently a few got out a few year ago and figured they would jus die but apparently they bread and there's like 100 or more wild turkey on his land and he hAs been tring to allow a turkey hunt on his property.i head about this mabe 3 year ago but last talks of it they were multipling every year enough so u could harvest 50 or so turkey on his farm. Would be great though. I love just taking my 7 year old walking trough sum my trAils and seeing grouse is exciting it would be priceless to set up for a big tom
