Turr hunting question

Heard that there is a place that you can shoot turrs from land/ no boat when the wind is the right way and then. They wash in on the beach any truth to this or anyone know of a place where you can shoot turrs with out a boat? I've been wanting to turr hunt/ have a meal of turrs since its been a few years since I had one but got no boat or know of anyone that goes turr hunting

We used to shoot a few here in the harbor if the wind was blowing on shore & if it was snowing thick, but haven't seen that in a long while now. also if the ice is pushing them around helps too!
