where are the bear

I want to plan a spot and stalk bear hunt. .  Is anyone willing to give me some suggestions as to where the best bear populations are?  Best places to go?  Bay Despoir area? or  the peninsula, or.....?    Not at all interested in getting garbage dump bear.

Any help would be appreciated.

One of the places I've heard of bears being spotted was Indian Bay. My buddy was saying he see more bears than moose.
I've never been there so I can't say 100% but they usually go there once a year and he always tells me about the bears they see there.
