The small game and coyote licenses were late shipping out this year. As of Tuesday, retailers like Canadian Tire still didn't have them. NL Government Service Centers (like the one on 5 Mews Place in St. John's) did get them in this week though. That would be your best bet if you want a licence for Saturday.
