Snowmobilers may not be happy but conditions are great for working with your bird dogs.personally I dont do much water training this time of year the fields are open and the alder beds have no leaves and theres no flies.

Nows a great time to be doing your obedience drills and obedience is always the foundation of any training.Come, Down, Stay,Heel.

Conditions are ideal for marking and casting drills with your retrievers and for setters its a great time to do some work. Grouse are easy to find so points are readily available.Nows a great time to work on making your dog steady.

 

Take advantage of this weather before you know it the snow ill come and we will be into winter.Who knows you might be able to walk off the turkey brain..Happy New year!!
