rainbow trout

just wondering have anybody tried the rainbow trout fishing in gallows cove pond by flat rock, and what is the best way to catch them Fly fish/ spin rod and what did you use for bait or what flies, also when is the best time i heard late july on a warm night, but wondering from those who have tried.
