Coyote season opens this Saturday and they should be available now. I picked up a small game licence on Sept 1st.  " I can now hunt coyotes with a 22 cal rim fire riffle " . Those who have a  " Coyote " licence , can not.   STRANGE BUT TRUE.

All hunters must report the numbers of coyotes taken and must submit coyote carcasses to the nearest Department of Natural Resources office. A $25-collection fee is offered for coyote carcasses
