Salmonier River Conservation

Hi all,

I'm trying to start a Salmonier River conservation group of some sort. Something like the friends of Shoal Harbour River and the Witless Bay Conservation Group. I don't really know about all of the issue's facing the river and I don't know exactly how to solve them but I do know that I love that river and everything it provides and that it needs protection or one day it could disappear. If you want to volunteer or you have some advice or if you think this group is unnecessary altogether I'd like to hear about it.

Tom i don't think that the group is unnecessary and i think that all rivers should be protected. Each river in my oppion should be filled each year. Any time you need a hand with something give us a shout on line, i am sure that there are alot of people who fish the salmonier river on this site. Good luck and i hope you make a go of it.
