just wanted to know if I can set out my gear the day before and I know im aloud to have a fox or coyote on the opening day do this mean I can set my fox snares the day before

No you can't set traps or snares the day befor it would be trapping out of season

You can have a fox or coyote on the first day but you would have to shoot it or set you traps in the am and get lucky and check them in the pm

No you can't fox and coyote are not even prime yet why would you want to catch them yet???
