most times i only catch between 5-7 and those are worth keeping like in the pictures... the odd time ill get 12 ..you guys trolled the south west bottom to the lance neck by the looks of the video...i rarely go down there because its like a highway for boats ...mostly i troll with silver color lures, from the concrete dam around the islands and then all the way up to caroline steady ..i dont think overfishing is a problem in the lake..the issue is food..since they introduced salmon back in the ecosystem trout are competing with slink salmon and millions of peel for food..not to mention the coves with stick buildup were prime spots for shelter and bugs for food...alot of it was cleared out during renovations to the spillway and areas..plus people were taking it for dry kindle for their woodstoves..like i say so many lakes and pond connect to this lake it would be impossible to fish it out.

We troll both bottom arms, the middle and up to the top of the lake as well. Nice trout in the arms. I don't retain very much any more. I try to encourage the guys to keep retain male only. I usually keep 3 a trip for a fresh feed. The trout don't seem as plentiful or as big now as they use to.
Nothing wrong with a feed of trout but I try to discourage freezing trout. Best eaten fresh anyway.

yup all came from the same lake from your video..did you troll all over it or did you just stay in the "lance neck"...main run that joins the two lakes together?
