The only goose I had a shot at in PEI

Ya got that right. Friends make the difference. Just a little dissapointing. Remember, better days ahead.
Can't think about the cost... If we all thought about the cost of hunting, quadding, boating, fishing etc. we wouldn't move outside the door. None of us hunt because it's economical anymore. All in all though it was a good trip to get away for a trip with a few buddies.
How much did the goose cost ya?
It was disapointing, that's for sure. There were quite a few geese in the area, but none that would decoy. I'm assuming that there were a lot of educated resident geese and not a lot of migrators. I'm not sure if later in the year would be better or not, but I don't think I'll be heading to PEI anytime soon to find out. The next trip will likely be Ontario or further west.
Sounds like you had a bad experience.
not that hot....? I'm only now civil enough to talk about it. Not a good experience at all. I'll never go back with the outfitter we went with. One shot of geese in 3 days is not what I call good hunting, especially when your guide is on his cell phone half of the time...
Goose hunting in PEI was not that hot this time hey?
