25 lb. female shot at about 150 yds. Did a couple female coyote howls and then switched to a dying rabbit. She stepped out and sat on a big rock within a minute of hearing the howls.

I have the same one Lee and I love the tip from side to side and yes mine is steel.

It's the longest Harris bi-pod. 13.5 to 29 inches if I remember. It also tips side to side for uneven ground. There are some cheaper bi-pods around that look much like the Harris but most of them have aluminum in some critical places where this one has steel. I have seen two look-a-likes with cracks in the aluminum base that holds the legs.
