I have family in Musgravetown/Lethbridge. I have a moose license in 29 this year. Last year I had a bear license in 29 but didn't see a thing. My uncles in the area haven't seen a bear in years. I understand you need to bait bears, which generally means being out there weeks ahead of time to get the bear to keep coming back. Is that your experience?
