The Notre Dame Rod and Gun Club will be hosting our third Waterfowl Heritage Day on Sat May 14 at our clubhouse and range for youth ages 10 - 15. This is in partnership with Ducks Unlimited Canada and the Dept. of Environment and Conservation. We are accepting 30 youth (15 morning session, 15 afternoon session) and they will be given firearms safety training, practical shooting (22 Rifle, 20 ga. and 4.10 ) including trap and sporting clays, information on wetland conservation, assembly of nest boxes, duck calling etc.. Registration is $20 and includes lunch. All participants must be accompanied by a parent or close relative. Registration forms must be filled out in advance.
