have you tried the a hand call? sometimes (from what I have read and heard) that the hand call can make sounds that will more often mimic the pup or respond to a territorial instinct. I am no expert but anything is worth a try!

They respond nearly everytime I use the,'' Interrogation Howel'' and follow with, ''Serenade Howels''Sometimes just the,'' Interrogation Howel''

Have you tried using an injured pup call (pup in distress)? Might get the maternal instincts of the female activated, and when the female is activated the male will follow. just a thought. Ed
