I believe  it goes, you are not permitted to take a pellet gun anywhere frequented by wildlife. That could be totally wrong. I'm not sure Albert, but that crow could have been in serious trouble had I had my rifle or shotgun.

Peter, is there any law against using a powerful pellet gun for plinking cans on Sunday. If you look closely  I'm sure there is a Pepsi can right behind that crow.
