Thanks Peter, Ill be just walking the roads. I will have to give it a try after christmas. Is this road usually plowed in the winter or do the plowing stop after country ribbon?
Was going to do some rabbit hunting when I get back in town in January, where are the best places to head out? Mostly will be hunting after school during weekend and a scattered weekend that I stay in town. Im looking for a place to walk and shoot(.410 SxS and 20G O/U) I was thinking of trying across the road from islander rv in the gravel road, but not sure if I'm allowed or if its a good area. Wish I could be in the woods now but I've been on a work term on a boat since last week of september.
Thanks for any help, Safe Shooting
I am new in rabbits hunting.... Can you give me some tips? I will appreciate it!!! Sunday we are going to try in Portugal cove-St.Philips's woods .
How is everyone doing with the bunnies? The numbers seem to be low to me.
If the snow stays to long the rabbit's will find it hard to keep there young alive. Besides the water/snow run off will fill all the rabbit holes up. Not good... Lets hope for a fast spring.
