Well lewis i think that you should take it a little further. I would be getting after the wildlife Dep untill something is done about it. I also would contact ducks unlimited and tell them what the problem is in your area. You can google it and give your two cents. Tell them just what's going on. I will do a little looking into this as well.

Contack your wildlife dep and explain what is going on in the town. In some parks in town they have signs up saying don't feed the duck bread. People will not feed them bread because of what it will do to the duck. Alot of people don't think that they are doing wrong feeding the duck bread but they are killing them. Bread for ducks is not healthy. By not feeding them bread will also put more ducks in the ponds around you, because they are not getting the same food supply that they are used to getting.
