I seen a moose @ around 2:00 pm this afternoon about 20 feet from the pavement on the goulds  bypass pulled in to get a look . tried to flash my light at oncoming traffic to indicate there was a moose debating whether or not he was crossing . Anyways driver only picked up speed and blew by . I dont think that there is that much  a over population moose issue , I think that people got to stop looking at their hood deflectors scan both sides of the road, slow down. And most of all when ya see some one hauled in on the side of the road 95% percent of the time they may just be watching a moose .
