It's something that shouldn't have to be mandated. And even if it was it would be harder to enforce than stopping people from illegal dumping of garbage.
I just don't understand why some hunters have to leave hides and carcasses on the side of the road. Is it that hard to at least roll everything down into the ditch out of site? Got either sex for area 29 Bonavista Peninsula. Left for a on ship work term before season opened, be back home mid December. Cant wait to get in hunting again
Can any one give me an idea where I can hunt in area 36 Southern shore. My buddy got an either sex license for that area but he is in a wheelchair. He designated me to hunt for him but it's going to be a problem because I have to be in site of him in order for me to hunt.Any information would be appreciated.
