hey guys in all the tips n techniques i see for coyote set ups they start with, you gotta head into the wind to get to where you want to call, but if the coyotes are gonna circle downwind anyways, then what is the harm in walking with the wind as long as you know where your headed? just wondering?

OP hunting and fishing has some real good bi pods in there in a variety of sizes and a good price, I picked on up for my 223 they have a mount that goes on your sling stud and are removable for transpoting the gun, makes a dandy walking stick while going to the stand to.

Yeah, got mine on ebay on sale and wished it was 36 but thats the price you pay for what ya get!

I was in around Peters couple times saw sign but no luck.   After an hr I kind of get restless .

Got up  very early went down on road stopped the truck and took my remote caller up the road, rifle shot, and put it in ditch and wnt back to the truck got up in back and set er goin ; less than 5 min he ran out down in ditch and back in woods I couldn't even get him in the scope cripes they are fast. He was a big one too.  Stayed there for another while but no show.

After this snow Im going up  Frozen Ocean, Seal By Bog area  haven,t been up that way yet this winter. Last year i was up there couple times and saw sign.

Yes Mac. I had full camo suit. Gloves and face mask. When he stopped to look around I moved a little to better my shot. Rookie mistake. But a bi pod is deffinately in my near future.

Jash, good stuff maybe next time. We all miss but chances improve if you invest in a bipod. I have a set on my 22.250 and practice, practice, practice fun, fun. Were you wearing any cammo, that makes big difference with face cover too. Yote have keen eyesight!
