hahah Im not looking for the scoters, my decoys are white ...some have a long tail...but if you need an extra gun. Give me a holler...I even bring my picker...

Great job...we get a few here but its before the sea duck season opens.Was over your way earlier this week didnt see many ducks. Hoping to get a morning or two out to wash my decoys.
Yes fred found a spot where there are a few 100. These birds have 9 eggs a year and have a 100% suscess rate of living. Just 3 year ago we see only 6 or 7 around. # years later in our honey hole there are a few 100.

Have you always had as many scoters around. I dont remember seeing as many as appear to be around these days
Just painted some decoys for white wing scoters. Hope the weather is good for the weekend.
eiders are getting around now see a couple of big bunches up shore
I used javex bottles a few times we put a black ring around some of them to make it look like the drake we would place them outside the good decoys to turn the ducks in to see the goodthat where by the boat we also used a black flag it worked good to
