Moose packaging

I live in Paradise and was wondering where I could have my moose packaged after the hunt, I'm looking for someone who makes excellent sausages and burgers and the rest in steaks and roasts,

Not sure where your licence is for, but B&W Meat Market in Grand Falls-Windsor is the best place I've ever had moose cut up.  However, Harold Stanley in Long Pond is really good as well.
