Gun Club In Town

I think that we had a gun club closer to town the club would do good. Yes I know near the city is not good because of gun fire. But it would cut down on the cost of travel for sure. I think that a lot more people would use it. Check out other gun clubs in Canada and most club are in the city. Here in newfoundland fees at gun clubs are are $80-100, $20.00 in gas to get there pending on where you live and they are not open all the time and the amo to shoot. First trip would cost you around $200.00. ?If you would like to see one closer to town let me know.

ive herd of trap/skeet shooting referred to as golf with a shotgun ive watched videos on ranges with 12-15 stations all with different kinds of clays coming from different angles to mimic different game would be nice to have something like that hear

Yes, there are a couple new indoor ranges in the works as a few posters have said. No doubt, this is a move by these businesses to increase customer base and sales. Great idea I'd say. Some obvious draw backs have been pointed out as well. I guess my only negative 'tire kick' is that no doubt usage at these facilities will be heavy and probably even on an appointment basis. Think some days are busy up at the SJRGC and you have to wait for a bench to shoot from? I figure these places will have wait times that will make even our medical system administrators blush.
