Hey !

My name is Russell Austin, and I just stumbled across your site here on
the web. I am originally From Lewisporte (central) and grew up hunting
geese with my uncle. I am now living in Port de Grave and craving to go
geese hunting. Just wondering if you can tell me any areas here on the
east coast to do so. How do you hunt up here? Decoys? stock? wait?
been off a couple of times, but haven't seen a thing. Any help would be
appreciated or if you take tag a longs (lol) I am available. Hope to

North Harbour is the only spot i ever seen a big number of geese. I was there last sept salmon fishing, and i bet there were close to 2,000 geese in the harbour! it was unreal!!! I dont know where they go to from there...but if you know where they head to feed...what a time you would have!!!

Theres a place on the Burin Peninsula called St.Lawerence there are loads of geese there
