This is a development that could have serious implications for Salmonier River and North Arm River. Does not make sense to allow this with km's of 3 reserves ( Hawke Hills, Avalon Wilderness and Salmonier Nature Park). This in my opinion is just a smoke screen to open more cabin development area in a area that already has too much cabin development. Give it 20 years and there will be no back country on the Avalon.

Seems like they have no respect for salmon rivers on the avalon anymore, I have a summer home on Renews River and 2 years ago the was a group went in with a excavator planning on putting a trail in, dug up the bank of the river and not one permit in place for it and gov and fisheries were aware of the work.
