What are the best 12g shells for duck and geese???

I have been using Black Clould 3.5 BBB for both duck and geese. I shoot a MP153, 26" with IC choke. What would you recomend?

I also use a Baikal MP 153 28" barrel with a IC. I have used 3.5"  Hevi Metal # 3 1500 FPS it works great but is not cheap, $45 for 25 shells. I have use Tungsten Matrix 3.5" 2 oz load for geese. Black Cloud 3.5" # 2 for ducks and BB for geese, works better for ducks than geese. Last year I started using Black Cloud # 3, 3" High Velocity 1635 FPS, I had excellent results. I killed more ducks with this last year than I did since I started hunting. The problem, no one has any.... Hope to talk to Justin at Blue Ridge on Tuesday to see if they have any. Complete Gun Repairs gave me some Score 3.5" #2 & # BB and a box of 3" # 3 to try. This seems like a good shell so can't wait to try them. Good Luck!
