Thanks Rich, Nice of you to take the time to welcome new-comers to the site. I've been out most of the morning lookin at my deer stand or I would have answered you sooner. I've read quite a lot of the post's on the site and find them very informative/interesting and intend to add some comments soonest. The Coyote Thread seems to quite active with a lot of strong opinions and since the coyotes killed a girl this year in NS a lot of opinions have changed here as well. The general feeling is that once coyotes get used to humans feeding them around residential area's or woods camp's they tend to lose their fear or man and become agressive (whenever they feel like it) and I like most other hunters feel I could handle a CROSS or AGRESSIVE COYOTE same as I could a regular dog with the same attitude, But I sure as Heck wouldn't want to try handling 2 or 3 or more at the same time, and as you know they travel in packs usually. Any once again thanks for the kind words and will no doubt chat with you again
Thanks a whole bunch ED and It's nice to part of the forum. I get out quite a bit Bow Hunting and am looking forward to learning all I can from this sight about Bow Hunting or any other kind of Hunting, I'm interested in all of it and I've been doin it for years. Really looking forward to chatting with all the members, I'm no stranger to their hospitality as the wife an i visit nfld (which I call home) about 2 or 3 times a year. Once again thanks for the welcome. John
Rich, I am very impressed with the excellent job that you did with the boat refurbishment! Top notch job you did there. Also in my favorite colour, camouflage with lots of olive drab.
Thank you for the prompt welcome to the site. I am eager to get started with coyote hunting. I am new to hunting in this province. I have moved up to pool 7 for the Moose hunt but don't know where I would go to get a coyote license. The building down by Quidi Vidi is closed. Any tips on where I go next Rich? I have a Remington 700 .223 all kitted out and ready to go. I just need to get the license squared away.
interested in the comments on the situation here in cbs.just wondering what the regulations are and who has the right to confiscate someones vechile and for what reason.
