For those Hunters who would like hunt for Caribou on the Island portion of Newfoundland  and Labrador, Iam upset  with the Licence shareing.  For instance; are 61 has a quota of 70 Lic.  39 of those go to Non Residents, Are 62, Quota 90, 49 Lic. allocated to Non Residents,area 64, 140 Lic Quota  61 Lic. to Non residents.
