Caribou Licence shareing

For those Hunters who would like hunt for Caribou on the Island portion of Newfoundland and Labrador, Iam upset with the Licence shareing. For instance; are 61 has a quota of 70 Lic. 39 of those go to Non Residents, Are 62, Quota 90, 49 Lic. allocated to Non Residents,area 64, 140 Lic Quota 61 Lic. to Non residents. The list goes on. Why do the Local hunter have to be the ones looseing out. Yes the overall picture is that the locals are getting more lic. than Non Residents,…
